Priest Zagato
He was a high priest supposed to support Princess Emeraude in her prayer. A nice person actually, but didn't hesitate to kill in order to protect the one he loved. He was suspected to be the villain, the one who kidnapped the princess and imprisoned her. His power was equal to the princess' and the spells he used were Lexus, Diablo, and Stratus. He controlled a robot that looked like a Roman warrior in the final battle. Zagato

Alcione
This woman was a former disciple of Clef who turned side because of her love toward Zagato. She was polite but merciless. Her deadly spells were Sharp Ice Shootings, Ice Spear Attack, Round Wall, and Cold Sword. She failed to accomplish her mission twice and that resulted in her being abolished forever. Alcione

Ascot
A kid who was a powerful summoner. He befriended abominable monsters and use them to attack his enemies. He worked for Zagato because the man promised him that he and his friends could stay in the palace. He appeared to be cynical and liked to mock but inside he was shy and cared for his friends very much. In Magic Knight Rayearth 2 he returned in his adolescent form. Ascot

Caldina
She worked as a dancer and an illusion maker with the power to control one's mind with her dancing. She was a fun, cheerful person, but she adored herself almost narcisstically. Moreover, she was obsessed with money. The reason she worked for Zagato was only because of the reward. Beside the Magic Knights, she was the only non-Cefironian appeared in part 1. Her origin was unveiled in part 2. Caldina

Rafaga
He was an expert in martial arts, the loyal commander of the princess' bodyguards. Excelled in swordmanship, he could destroy without really touching his sword to the object. Zagato brainwashed him and sent him to kill the Magic Knights. But luckily he gained his consciousness before bringing more damages. Rafaga
